3. Can I request for an exchange? TOP OF PAGE
Yes, you can request an exchange within SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS after received the item(s) you order, and return the items within the next SEVEN (7) CALENDAR DAYS afar receive our E-mail approval. Once we receive the item(s) you send the with original condition, we will only replace the new item after receive the replacement shipping charge. All replacement items are not subject to further exchange or refund, and it must be in the original condition.

We accept return while charge 10% of the original payment as restock fee and the full shipping cost under following circumstances:

Items exchanged for another item or returned for a store credit are not charged a restocking fee.

Items are not available for return refund or exchanged:

  • Custom-made, tailor-made and plus size items;
  • Exchange or replacement items;
  • Wholesale items;

  • Items received over 7 days without exchange or return request; items not return within 7 days after the request being approved.

Please contact us to issue a return or exchange. NO RETURNS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. To customers who request a full refund: please note that only standard USPS flat rate shipping fee will be covered if you are returning items in the U.S.A. 5. How to exchange items? TOP OF PAGE

  • Email us an exchange request with your order number within 7 days.
  • We process your return, reply you email within the returning address with in 48 hours.
  • Send the item(s) out within 7 days after receive our email approval. (Does not need to arrive in 7 seven days) Return the items with their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, free of lint and hair and with original tags, etc. We can only accept returns that are in a resealable condition.
  • Email the shipping carrier and the tracking number of your package.
  • We ship the new items with standard shipping method after receive the returning. If you need to use Express Shipping. Please use Add Fee link to add Express Shipping cost.

7. How will I receive the refund and how long will it take for me to receive it? TOP OF PAGE

You will be eligible to claim a refund request within 7 days from the date the package arrived. The discount or custom-made items are NOT eligible for cash refunds. Shipping is not refundable and the FREE shipping fee should be deducted from return. We charge 15% re-stocking fee of the original price for the returning items, or you can choose to have the actual item price you paid as the in store credit. (If you have used coupon,we’ll deduct the coupon amount).

In the very rare case, your package maybe held by held by customs and liable for import duty. In some cases, additional charges for taxes or customs clearance must be pay by the recipient. Please contact local customs agency for further detail information.

All items purchased from ModernQipao.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. There is no insurance package for us to purchase for any standard ship items. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
